Express companies such as DHL, UPS and FedEx regularly deal with all kinds of non parcel shipments. This is the result of their large fleet of express freighters and global networks.
Live animals such as whale sharks, rhinos, birds of prey, as well as other outsize cargoes regularly fly on the parcel integrator networks. Uship is a parcel aggregator, who put this infographic together. I thought it was well done.
Luckily we haven't had to transport anything this strange (yet)!
